DegiScaler LLC sells pre-made downloadable digital products. This policy explains our refund terms clearly. Refunds are handled according to this policy and applicable law.
14-day refund window
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. To submit a refund request, email support@degiscaler.com with your order details.
What to include in your request
Please include your full name, the email address used at checkout, and the name of the product purchased. This helps us process your request promptly.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. We aim to respond to refund requests within 3–5 U.S. business days.
Chargebacks & disputes
If you have a billing or access issue, please contact support@degiscaler.com before opening a payment dispute. This allows us to resolve issues quickly.
